Website Design & Implementation

Website design fees vary based upon document content, volume and presentation:

Web Page Implementation with Static Content includes:

• Search for web page URL (.com .net etc)
• Consult with ISP and establish user name and password
• Three (3) pages* of content, including title page and two other information pages of static text and forms.
• Registration with non fee search engine providers.
• Search engine optimization to include title, key words, description and object alternate titles

Initial One Time Charges:

$500.00 minimum base fee

Web Page Implementation with FLASH (slide shows/animation) Content:
$2,500 minimum base fee
$100/hour billing rate

Web Page Implementation with Dynamic/E Commerce Content:
$5,000 minimum base fee
$50/hour billing rate

$250.00 Archive Fee
$100.00 One Time Software Charge + $50.00/hour for design of "bounce back" and contact PDF forms

Multi-Media Production

Multi-Media production is defined as text content, photography and video combined into one video production (CD/DVD)

$100.00 per hour for ADOBE PhotoShop*** preparation of text and photographic (CD/DVD) content
$50.00 per hour for production of master disc (duplication in quantity to be quoted separately)
$100.00 per hour for Video shoot at any location within 100 miles + $100.00 per hour for editing and film clip preparation.

$600.00 minimum On location photography assignments to be quoted on an individual requirement basis

All media page content is the sole responsibility of TxES Media.

Web page content and production is completed exclusively using industry standard tools produced by Macromedia Corp. (Dreamweaver & FLASH), ADOBE (PhotoShop) and Ahead Software NERO. Copies of the completed code and page content will be provided to the client for archival purposes and not to be reproduced in any form without permission. All photographs will be archived in .TIFF form and video media on DVD in MPEG2 format.

A 50% Deposit of the total agreed upon fees is required before any work begins. Full payment of the agreement is due within 30 days of initial start date. At the completion* of initial agreed upon services all fees for services shall revert to hourly rates as quoted above.

*Completion is defined as a website or project concluded as to the original agreement.
